Empower Youth Success 2026

Educators and community providers are the heart of healing in our schools.  Yet, they often carry that work at great personal cost. This session explores how a healing-centered approach to education must include the healing and wholeness of adults, as well as the youth and families we serve.  This webinar unpacks what it means to engage in “realistic self-care” and approaches to consider when communities navigate collective stress.  Through reflection, discussion, and practice, participants will gain tools to build personal and collective capacity, foster authentic connection, and honor their own healing as a critical part of creating thriving school communities.
