In order for organizations and programs to thrive, it is important to maximize each team member’s strengths as a leader, yet too often we lack a shared language for how to even talk about leadership. This session aims to build that shared language using the Leadership Compass framework, so that ultimately teams can improve collaboration and communication and drive towards positive outcomes for students at every Community School.
