Bridging Systems, Building Trust explores how collaborative leadership can transform urban school communities through equity, trust, and shared accountability. Grounded in NYC Community Schools practice, this interactive session highlights strategies for building adult SEL capacity, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and engaging families as partners in power. Participants will gain concrete tools and reflection protocols to strengthen communication, deepen belonging, and sustain restorative, data-informed leadership across their own school ecosystems.
