Welcome to Empower Youth Success 2026!
Get ready for an exciting few days of innovative learning, engagement, networking, and fun. Whether this is your first time or you’re a returning attendee, we’re so glad you’re here to help make this event unforgettable!
Wednesday April 29, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
This session maps the people who power a community school—from the principal and community school coordinator (CSC) to teachers, support teams, families, and partners. We’ll clarify responsibilities, interdependencies, and the advisory council's structure for shared leadership. Participants will connect roles to the enabling conditions that make the work stick: trusting relationships, a shared vision, actionable data, and inclusive decision‑making. You’ll leave with a clear picture of “who does what” and how to strengthen each role’s contribution.
