About me
Natalie Colon is the Senior Director of Comprehensive Program Support at ExpandED Schools.Her work at ExpandED started over 10 years ago as a program manager working with variousschools and community partners, serving as a resource and support to school-CBO teams in theimplementation of quality after-school and expanded learning time. Currently, Natalie oversees ateam of five Program Managers and 1 director who provide planning, coaching, observation and continuousimprovement to 66 programs throughout New York City, driving fidelity of implementation tosupport growth in quality and continuous improvement. Natalie has worked on creating a buildinga program manager framework that allows for a seamless integration of coaching and technicalassistance, budget development and fiscal management centered in collaborative partnershipplanning and professional learning communities, providing a well-rounded approach to supportingafterschool partners and programs.
