About me
Lesley Lawrence is a Program Specialist with the NYS Network for Youth Success’s School-Age Technical Assistance Resource Center (SATARC). She provides individualized support to LEAPS and BOOST grantees in program management, grant implementation, program quality, and data systems. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood and school-age leadership—including Head Start administration and regional workforce development—Lesley brings practical, systems-level expertise to her work. She is passionate about strengthening leadership capacity to support high-quality programs for children and youth.
