About me
Dallas Garven is the School-Age Childcare Director at the Capital District YMCA and has been part of the YMCA since 2004. With over 15 years of experience in school-age programming, she is dedicated to developing staff, strengthening programs, and supporting youth. Dallas is passionate about coaching emerging leaders and creating collaborative, engaging learning environments. She lives in Colonie, NY with her husband and two sons, and together they enjoy swimming and aim to visit aquariums across the country.
