About me
For the past four years, Christina has served as the Parent Liaison for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community School of Excellence, building strong partnerships between families, the school, and community agencies. As lead of the Walking School Bus, Christina supports safe, reliable student arrival. Christina works closely with City Mission, conducts home visits, and connects families with essential resources. Christina also organizes the school food pantry, Thanksgiving baskets, monthly MLK Cafés, Pop-Up Shops, and food truck events, helping bridge the gap between school and home and fostering trust, engagement, and belonging for all families.
