About me
Jeffrey Jordan is a social entrepreneur, speaker, and co-founder of kid-grit, focused on holistic youth development through mind, body, and spirit. He currently serves as Sr. Associate Director of Athletics at New Jersey City University and previously led Sportika Sports as CEO, establishing it as a youth development leader. In 2020, he launched NJCU’s student-leader SEL facilitator program, training 50+ students to reach over 2,000 youth nationwide. Founder of the GoodWorx Foundation, Jeffrey has mentored 1,000+ students and athletes. Inducted into NJCU’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2020, he champions grit, resilience, and holistic growth.
