About me
Joe Palmer has been in education for over 30 years, the last 6 as Superintendent of the Frankfort-Schuyler Central School District. He collaborated with students, staff and families to write the children’s book Hi-5 Friends at School. Joe helped his elementary school receive the NYS & National School of Character recognition for their SEL, Trauma Informed Practices, & Character Education Program. Joe was named the Academy of Character Education’s Administrator of the year. FSCSD was named What’s Great in Our State by the NYS Office of Mental Health and awarded the Network for Youth Success Excellence in Innovation award.
