Kari Horn Lehman is an educator, author, and facilitator who helps youth-serving professionals turn everyday moments into life-changing connections. A former teacher and professional learning executive in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, she designs story-driven workshops that in- and after-school educators and staff to see behavior as communication and belonging as the foundation of growth. Through her signature session, The One Question That Changes Everything, Kari shows how curiosity, empathy, and trust can transform snack time, game time, and every in-between moment into opportunities for every child to feel seen, safe, and significant. Kari is the founder of Fresh Focus Leadership and Fresh Air Kid Ventures.
