About me
Kim Luce, MS is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Peaceful Schools. She has over 25 years of experience in positive youth development, social work and human services administration. She consistently brings her visionary leadership and commitment to helping our communities’ most vulnerable children and families achieve brighter futures through quality comprehensive social emotional and mental health supports. She has extensive hands-on experience with out-of-school time programming that emphasizes social emotional development and restorative practices. She is a National Afterschool Association Leading with Emotional Intelligence Fellow and an Afterschool Experience Excellence award recipient.
