Dr. Lura is President and CEO of Peaceful Schools, an educational consulting company serving K–12 schools since 1997. She holds an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College and a master’s in Counseling and Psychological Services from SUNY Oswego. Her work centers on social justice, school leadership, and social-emotional learning. With expertise in youth development, restorative practices, and tiered systems of support, she leads her team in fostering positive school climates.
