About me
Megan Gottlieb holds a BS in Biology from Trinity College and a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from National-Louis University. Megan has worked in a variety of public and independent school settings for the past 25 years, as a classroom teacher, department chair, assistant division head, specialist teacher, mentor teacher, and curriculum developer. Megan applies her knowledge and expertise from the classroom to design impactful, creative, hands-on nutrition and culinary curriculum and classroom experiences to support SNACC’s mission: to empower youth and their families through food access and education - teaching cooking skills, building confidence, and strengthening relationships.
