She is intentional about sharing her extensive knowledge with others. In her various roles within youth development, Mesha has recognized that children and their families require better opportunities to succeed. Consequently, she is committed to working diligently to ensure equitable access to resources for families while also equipping others with the necessary tools to achieve the same goal.
