Shannon Farnung, M.S. is a Community Schools Specialist with Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES, where she builds partnerships between schools, families, and community organizations to expand opportunities for students. With a background in school counseling and nonprofit leadership, she brings expertise in social-emotional learning, restorative practices, and family engagement. Shannon holds a Master’s in Counseling and Human Development from the University of Rochester and is passionate about advancing the mission of community schools to strengthen connections and support student success.
