Empower Youth Success 2026

Tinnycua Williams has over 20 years of experience in youth development and afterschool leadership, including roles as tutor, coordinator, director, and trainer with Harlem Children’s Zone, Homes for the Homeless, and the Samuel Field Y. She is a School-Age TTAP PD Specialist and a SAC Credential Instructor, Advisor, and Endorser, serving on both the SAC Credential Work Group and the Network for Youth Success Advisory Council. Tinnycua is the Director of Professional Development Quality Assurance at New York Works for Children, where she supports statewide quality and the effective use of the Aspire Registry. She holds the New York State SAC Credential.
