About me
Todd Feltman, PhD, is an elementary and middle school intensive reading interventionist. He has spent over twenty-five years working in New York City public schools. Feltman is also an adjunct assistant professor in Childhood and Literacy Education at Hunter College. He is the author of Transforming into a Powerful Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade Navigator of School Success published by SchoolRubric. Todd believes that students can become powerful navigators of school success. They can take charge of their education. He has two master’s degrees in education from Hunter College. He received his doctorate in urban education from the Graduate Center at the City University of New York.
