◆ Registrations are non-refundable. Unless otherwise noted, registrations may be considered for transfer to another individual for the same event if given at least two weeks advance notice.
◆ Participants must register two weeks in advance unless otherwise noted.
◆ Upon registration, payment is mandatory.

- 21st CCLC: Project ID Number, Site Location, and Program Physical Address
- LEAPS and/or BOOST: Contract ID and Site Name/Location
