Empower Youth Success is where this community comes together.
Each year, the conference creates space for learning, connection, and collaboration across the programs and initiatives that support young people beyond the traditional school day. This year, we are especially excited to welcome a broad group of participants, including 21st Century Community Learning Center grantees, afterschool and summer program providers, community school leaders and partners, and, for the first time, LEAPS and BOOST grantees joining this shared learning community.
While our work takes place in different settings, we share a common belief. Young people thrive when they have access to safe, enriching, and high-quality opportunities outside the classroom. Afterschool programs, summer learning, and the community schools strategy strengthen schools, support families, and help young people build the skills and relationships they need to succeed.
